It’s been 2 years since I have run a marathon. I had a nasty broken foot in 2008 and it has taken me all this time to recover. I have done various bandit trail-runs in the canyons around Los Angeles but those don’t count. I’m kicking my running program off with 13.1′s every day until the marathon starts in March 2010

Getting pumped up to train legs in an hour. I want to get carried out of the gym today. Listening to Bono.

Tough first day back in the gym.

Great 2 hr run on my tread-mill. The only part that sucked was when I had to restart the machine after 99 minutes just as I was heading for the homestretch.

Just got back from my partner Andrea Sherritt’s home. I delivered an Overlocker Sewing Machine to her apartment/studio cuz  she wants to make sportswear samples for Authentix.

The online store is almost ready for launch and once that happens, my webmaster is going to be very busy handling things on that end. Way to go Neal and thanks for hooking me up with hosting on your server!
